FAQs
New Leaf Graphics Inc.
Where are you located?
Our business is situated at 111 Longale St, Greensboro, NC 27409.What is the difference between embroidery, screen printing, and direct-to-film transfers?
Embroidery involves stitching your design into the fabric using thread, resulting in a durable and professional appearance. Screen printing applies ink directly onto the garment through a mesh screen, producing vibrant colors. Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers involve printing your design on a special film and heat-pressing it onto the garment, allowing for full-color prints on nearly any fabric type.Which method is best for my project?
The optimal method depends on your specific design, garment type, and budget considerations. Embroidery is particularly suitable for logos on polos, hats, and jackets. Screen printing is most effective for large, bold designs on t-shirts and hoodies. DTF transfers are excellent for detailed, multi-color designs on various fabric types.Do you have minimum order requirements?
Our minimum order requirements vary by customization method. For screen printing, we typically require a minimum of 12 pieces. Embroidery and DTF transfers have no minimum order requirements, making them ideal for small runs or samples. Can I mix different customization methods in one order?
Certainly. We offer the flexibility to combine various customization methods within a single order. For instance, you can request embroidered logos on polos alongside screen-printed designs on t-shirts in the same order.
